FindThings IQ™

Asset tracking software for the industry you run.

Buyers search by trade: manufacturing asset management, calibration certificate tracking, clinic equipment inventory, title company filing, property management assets. The record is the same. Location → Unit → Asset → Name, the documents on that asset, and a date before the work is late.

Manufacturing asset management software

Plant equipment tracking software for the line: the machine’s location, slot, cost, and book value, plus a work order with a failure code, parts, and hours of downtime. A meter reading can mark service due. Labor and parts costs go on the work order and roll into Cost-to-Keep (Office Premium). A site hourly rate fills the labor cost from the hours logged when you close the job. A cost per hour of downtime on the asset turns those hours into lost production on the KPIs and the keep-or-replace verdict. The plant page is manufacturing equipment tracking.

Calibration certificate tracking software

Laboratory equipment tracking keeps the gauge, the calibration certificate, its expiry, and the person who owns it on one card. Alerts fire at 90, 60, and 30 days. Search can start from the certificate title. The software stores the record. It does not certify the calibration or an ISO audit.

Facilities asset management software

HVAC equipment maintenance tracker for the boiler, air handler, or pump: where it sits, the last service, the next date, and the manual. Scan the label on the floor instead of walking back to a desk.

Construction equipment tracking

Tool crib inventory software for the job trailer and the yard. Check a tool out, reserve it, and print a label. This is a location and a handoff record, not a GPS fleet tracker.

Warehouse asset location software

Spare parts and high-value tools get a unit, a quantity, and a low-stock mark. Search the part name and get the aisle, the unit, and the asset number.

Utility equipment maintenance records

Field crews scan a label and open the service history. A Field Worker login can move and check items. Cost and coverage stay with the people who should see them. With Office Premium, My work keeps the day’s jobs on the phone, so a crew with no signal can log work and send it when the connection returns.

Food plant equipment records

A line asset holds its safety sheet, manual, and service date. Document expiry alerts the editors before a certificate lapses. This is the plant’s own file, not a food-safety certification.

Farm equipment tracking software

Tractors, implements, and shop tools live in a location and a unit, with a maintenance date and the warranty PDF. With Office Premium, a job opened on the phone in the barn or the field works with no signal and sends itself when the phone is back online. Office can import a plant list of names, costs, and document titles the same week.

Clinic equipment tracking software

Dental office equipment inventory and clinic devices: which location, which slot, which manual, which service date. Admin paper such as intake folders can sit in the same map. FindThings IQ is not an EHR, not a clinical chart, and not a HIPAA-certified medical record.

Title company and escrow filing

Closing packets, deeds, and county abstracts are assets in a unit. Title insurance policy scans and renewal dates sit on the card. Search the file name instead of asking who last touched the cabinet.

Insurance policy renewal reminder

Agency filing for policies, declarations, and the 90/60/30-day nudge before a renewal date. The same alerts cover equipment warranties and calibration expiries.

Law firm file location and legal hold

Family law binders, estate documents, and matter files get a cabinet map and Avery labels. Office Premium can put the space on legal hold and require two-factor sign-in. It is not a court e-filing system.

CPA and bookkeeping client files

Tax binders and client folders paste into a unit. Print labels the same day. A second office can be its own space.

Property management asset tracking

Lease file location software for the building: signed leases, key logs, and the service date on a pump or boiler, one space per property or portfolio.

School, hotel, and municipal equipment tracking

School equipment inventory software, hotel asset tracking, and municipal equipment tracking use the same map: a location, a unit, a label, and a maintenance date. A larger roster can be raised above the published login and asset caps by the operator.

Questions buyers type into search

What software tracks manufacturing equipment and its manuals?

FindThings IQ keeps each machine on a location, unit, and asset number, with work orders, meter readings, downtime hours, and the manual or warranty on the same card.

How do I track calibration certificates and due dates?

File a calibration certificate on the asset with its own expiry and owner. Alerts fire at 90, 60, and 30 days. FindThings IQ keeps the record. It does not certify the calibration.

Is there asset tracking for a clinic that is not an electronic health record?

Yes for the equipment room and admin paper: where the device sits, its service date, and its manual. It is not an EHR and it is not a clinical chart.

Where should a title company keep closing files?

Each packet is an asset in a unit. Search the name and get Location, Unit, Asset, Name, and open the PDF from that card.

Can a plant load an existing equipment spreadsheet?

Office can import a plant list of locations, units, assets, costs, and document titles, then file the PDFs on each asset.

What software shows empty cabinet slots and keeps the certificate on the asset?

FindThings IQ shows filled and empty asset numbers in the unit. The manual, calibration certificate, warranty, safety sheet, or policy sits on that same card, each with its own title, expiry, and owner.

What is Cost-to-Keep for insured equipment?

Cost-to-Keep lines a depreciating book value up against the annual insurance premium, per asset and across the portfolio. It is on Office Premium. FindThings IQ records the numbers. It does not give insurance advice.

Does FindThings IQ promise uptime for a regulated plant?

Availability is best-effort. There is no uptime commitment. Office is 2 admin seats and 5,000 assets. Office Premium is 5 admin seats and 10,000. Field logins are unlimited on both. An operator can raise one space above those caps.
