What you buy
A hosted FindThings space: one organization of any size (Office, including Office Premium) or a single user on the Free plan. Enterprise is arranged separately in writing. Search returns Location → Unit → Asset → Name. Optional diary, reminders, attachments, directory, organization tree, owner-only notes, a password vault, and — for tracked physical assets and inventory — value and depreciation tracking, automatic renewal reminders for policies, warranties, and licenses, reservations, and role-based staff access (Owner, Editor, Manager, Field Worker, Viewer). The same software in a browser or installed on a phone home screen. The buyer must be 18 or older.
Who this is for
FindThings is a hosted filing map for one organization of any size (Office plan, including Office Premium) or a single user on the Free plan. Enterprise arrangements are made separately in writing. You own the content you enter; we provide the software that indexes and stores it. The Service is software for an organization of any size, for equipment and for paper and digital files — such as industrial machinery and its warranties, calibration certificates, safety documents, and repair manuals; title and escrow packets, insurance policies, tax and client binders, property-management leases, real-estate closing folders, law-office binders, mortgage loan files, clinic admin intake (referrals and billing paper outside an EHR), and office equipment, furniture, and vehicles tracked for value, condition, maintenance, and renewal dates. It helps you find those records and see upcoming dates. It does not certify regulatory compliance. Depreciation schedules, book-value estimates, and renewal reminders the Service calculates or sends are organizational tools to help you keep track of your own records — they are not an appraisal, a certified valuation, tax or accounting advice, or an insurance-coverage determination, and you remain responsible for verifying any figure or date before relying on it. It is not a hospital or clinic EHR, not a court e-filing or legal-records platform, not a loan origination system (LOS), not a licensed appraisal or asset-valuation service, not an insurance broker, agent, or carrier, and not a bank, pharmacy, or government records office.
Price and payment
Monthly per space, not per worldwide seat. Free is $0: up to 25 cataloged assets, 500 MB, and the owner login only. It is not a trial. One plan at a time: Office includes up to 5,000 cataloged assets and 5 GB of encrypted file space for $49.00 / month. Office Premium (up to 10,000 assets and 10 GB, includes Office tools) is $149.00 / month and replaces Office — it is not added on top. Extra storage (+$10 / month per 10 GB) is listed on Plans. New paid spaces get a 14-day free trial through Stripe: a payment method is saved at checkout, no charge during the trial, first charge the day after the trial ends, then monthly. Cancel during the trial and no payment is taken. After a charge, no refunds — cancel any time and access lasts through the last day of that period. You may upgrade or lower the plan any time on Account. Payment is Stripe only on this host (card, debit, PayPal, US bank, and any method enabled in Stripe). We do not take or store card numbers on this host. Taxes may apply.
Website vs mobile-app subscription
Website checkout and installed-app checkout are separate subscriptions at the same price. A plan bought in the mobile app may be canceled from the app or the website. A plan bought on the website may be canceled only on the website (regular browser, not the installed app). Cancel is at period end: you keep access until the last day of the trial or paid month. No refunds for unused days.
Availability
Best-effort. Not a hospital or bank SLA. We will try to keep the host up; we do not promise uptime percentages in this version.
Data
You own the map. Export a backup any time (assets, diary, reminders, contacts — not the password vault). The Owner can delete the space. Database and file backups maintained by our infrastructure provider are an operator convenience, not a substitute for your own export. Uploads and vault secrets are encrypted with strong, industry-standard encryption before storage, and our infrastructure provider separately encrypts those stores at rest. We hold the application encryption keys.
Reminders
Email and optional SMS/push are clock nudges. Medicine reminders are not medical advice. SMS and phone, when turned on, are delivered through third-party messaging providers; we are not a telecom carrier. You consent to reminder messages you turn on.
HTTPS
The Service is served over HTTPS, with plain HTTP requests redirected to HTTPS and HTTP Strict Transport Security (HSTS) enforced in production.
Intellectual property
FindThings IQ™ is a brand of AI Analytics LLC. FindThings software, branding, and documentation are proprietary to AI Analytics LLC. Your purchase is a subscription to the hosted service, not a license to copy or redistribute the product. See the Terms intellectual property section.
Lawful use
FindThings is for lawful filing and asset tracking only. You must be 18 or older and comply with applicable law. Illegal use, content you may not possess, or use that could bring civil or criminal penalties is prohibited — see the Terms section Prohibited and unlawful use.
Liability and disputes
The service is provided as-is. Liability is limited, you agree to indemnify AI Analytics LLC for misuse, and most disputes go to individual arbitration (not class actions) under the Terms. Read those sections before you buy.
If this does not fit
Do not use FindThings as your primary store for electronic medical records, payment-card data, or secrets that require a zero-knowledge password manager or a certified hospital or bank host.
